About Us
We are passionate about the real estate industry. RESA-Investment (RESA-I) is a deep dive into residential real estate investment from a practical and entrepreneurial perspective. We are a student team that conducts real estate investment analysis to understand how to make money in real estate.
The RESA-I mission statement is: To build and connect the real estate investors of the future.
About The Project

Work in a student led and run club

Create and discover effective methods and processes to invest in residential real estate
.
The following activities are core to this position:

Market Analysis

Building research frameworks

Creating investment models

Presenting results to stakeholders
This position is for University of Calgary students who aspire to personally invest in real estate and are looking for the knowledge and network to get started.
Commitment: 5 to 10 hours per week.

Duration: 1 Semester (and opportunity for future semesters)

Position Credentials:

Passionate about real estate investment

Experience, knowledge, OR/AND classroom experience in real estate or investment.

Knowledge of building financial models (Excel) OR/AND market research.
